Adjacent to the multi-purpose RLV hangar (right) are facilities for related ground support equipment and administrative/technical support. Next to the hangar is the tow-way road leading to the runway, which starts on the right of the photo. The top of the photo shows the Indian River, part of the Intracoastal Waterway in Florida
